Aora Energy offers a unique modular solution to solar power generation. Our small ”Lego” base units (rated at 100kWe / 170kWth) can be linked together into centrally controlled power plants, customized to client demand. The system provides uninterrupted power supply 24hr/day thanks to its hybrid operational capability - when the available sunlight is not sufficient (during cloud cover or at night), the system operates on almost any alternative fuel source (such as liquid or gas bio-fuels); and on natural gas or diesel.

Each base module is comprised of a field of advanced sun-tracking mirrors (heliostats) that concentrate the solar radiation into a Power Conversion Unit (PCU) that generates electricity and usable thermal energy using a micro gas-turbine.

Aora Energy's modules are designed to require less land to generate more usable power and heat, and more revenue potential at lower cost than other solar energy systems.
