הכנס השנתי של האגודה יתקיים ביום רביעי 9 בספטמבר 2009 במכון וייצמן.
כל המעוניינים להציג את עבודתם בכנס מוזמנים לשלוח: כותרת, פרטי המרצה, ותקציר של עמוד אחד בעברית או באנגלית.
